My exact words today...was just that...I am so stressed because I am always procrastinating and I did not do something that I should have done months ago and it caught up with me today. The responding how we should is so hard. I am aware that I need to control my spirit, but it this situation....I caused myself stress...and then did not handle it the way God would want me to.
