Loved reading about your new life in your new home. Most of the foods are the same as Jamaican foods, which we ate each time we went there. We loved all of it! So glad you've put the kids to work in your ministry already...teaching music, directing choir, visitation etc. Timothy is probably enjoying the unusual critters. Love you very much! ~Mom~

Thanks for taking the time to write this! It's so neat to hear what you all are doing! O my, I haven't had plantains in a long time! We usually fry them and them sprinkle sugar on top, or we boil them in water with cinnamon and sugar (or honey) *ah* now I really want some! :) We're praying for you all! Love you!

I love reading about these things from your perspective... God sure has been good to us! I never dreamed I'd actually live on a remote island somewhere, with sharks and iguanas and crazy birds and fresh fruit... it's so neat!
